Air Excellence is a locally owned HVAC company serving Saskatoon and the surrounding area. Our team has qualified and experienced technicians that are able to maintain, repair and install HVAC systems for commercial and industrial facilities.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant Role is located in Saskatoon, SK and reports direct to the President of Air Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
• Oversee CRM system and dispatch services
• Receive deliveries and packages
• General administrative tasks
• Complete required documentation of work, reports, logs and records
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
• Safety focused
• Detail orientated
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Qualifications

• Passed HVAC, Plumbing or Refrigeration industry experience an asset
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willing and able to travel as required

Compensation

• $20-$25 per hour
• Bonus pays
• Commission pays
• 8hr shift Monday to Friday
